    About

Every now and then, I see a pattern that I just have to make. . . this was one of them! I was a bit apprehensive of the fair-isle and this turned out to be a sweater of "firsts" on so many levels: My first fair-isle, first time attempting short-rows in the round, first tubular cast-on, and first tubular bind off. The finished product came out a bit snug in the color-work sections and I think in the future, I'll size up a needle with fair-isle portions. With this sweater under my belt, I'm excited to tackle new color-work projects in the future. Oh, and tubular cast on is now my favorite cast-on for a polished look.
