    About

This was a super quick and fun knit. Beth and I visited Germany and Beth went for a walk with a very dear friend of ours and spent ages picking acorns off the ground and placing them in a bag. This inspired me to put this design together. The Acorn motifs are knitted separately and then stitched onto the design. Great for a Beginner Intermediate Knitter.

Love your designs, Lorraine, especially this oak sweater. I would love to make it for myself. Do you think doubling up on stitches etc. would work?

The pattern can be graded up to adult sizes but at the moment it is only graded up to the sizes stated on Love Knitting but I will look into it for you June xx

Thank you so much Denise. Beth keeps picking them off the floor and popping them in a bucket. Goodness knows what we are going to do with them. Make a vase!
