Final measurements: length of the coat 125cm, sleeve length 61 cm, chest circumference 92 (102)cm, hips 104 (130) cm.
You need thin warming, linen, piece of fur neckpiece to make it more or less warm (useful for Russia) or you may just knit light coat without any additions.
