    About

I made this ready for the chilly winter nights whilst sat at home recovering from surgery. The pattern makes the throw in 5 separate panels sewn together but I decided to make it as a whole

I am making my second one of these, using Scarfie instead of the wool-ease. I made them in one piece as well, hate sewing things together. First one was a gift for a friend, but the second one is all for me.

Starting on this afaghan today..using Wool Ease thick and quick...#6 yarn "Claret"....love anything with cables...going to try the 120 cast on method...sure hope my circular # 13 needles will hold 120....sure will save a lot of time not sewing all the panels together....wish me luck !!

LOVE THIS! Would love to make this but not sure how to make as a whole. Prefer not to sew together.

HI - for some reason this has only just appeared!! you need either very long single point needles or a circular and you work off 120 stitches. Remember to reverse the cable every other panel
its honestly quite easy once you get into it!
