    Loro Piana Exodus 2500m/100g
    At the very beginning I planned to unite 25 strands together in order to get 100m/100g but several samples showed that the idea is completely wrong and 50m/100g is what I really want. So 50 strands were united for needles 9mm. It was a little bit scaring because the length of decided yarn became two times shorter for such a huge project. But how do I find out without trying? Fearing but doing. So finally it took 750 meters of the yarn 50m/100g - 1.5kg.

      This is really quite stunning - I dont understand the "uniting of strands" - are you saying you had 50 strands of thread/wool - which you then combined them as one thicker thread ?

        Yes, it was 50 thin strands of silk.
