    About

    Wanted to knit a pinafore dress for my grand daughter due in July, took a long time to find the right pattern. As soon as I saw the Luv u Forever pattern fell in love with it. Choosing the colour was easy, my daughter loves purple and lilac. I took my time as I wanted to get it perfect; the knitting book my son bought me for Christmas came in handy with regards to working in the pattern stitches in tbe different colour. Never used a circular needle before, but there's a first time for everything, was doing ok until I started decreasing, had the wrong length circular needle. I thought, don't panic, decided to cut a section out and stick the 2 ends together, it worked. My daughter loves it, so pleased with myself. Cannot wait to see Ella wear it, will have to wait though as she is only 1 week old.
