    My daughter wanted something a little different from the normal christening shawl so she chose a virus shawl with rose buds.

    Update 27/7/16 - Finished crochet just got to sew rose buds on the edge then it's done.

    Decided to do a little pair of Mary Jane's to go with the shawl.

    Other : Satin roses in salmon pink.

      Too beautiful to be named virus. Looks a lot like an owl flying. Big eyes wings wide spread and little beak.

        Thank you, I have no idea what it was originally called, the reason it got called The Virus Shawl was because when it first hit the Internet the requests for the pattern went viral. I do agree it's not a very flattering name. Xxxooo
