I found out my friends were having a baby whilst on my leave of absence and wanted to give them something special so I decided to knit a baby blanket. I had a set time frame enabling me to set a goal for 5 squares a day (which helped mt depression more than expected) and had time left to sew it together. Its rather large but its nice the baby will have a chance to grow into it.
