    About

My husband (who I nicknamed "Hoss" due to his hulking figure) and I meet online (i know - passé right?). The photo on his dating profile that convinced me to say 'yes' to a date was of him in a pair of red long johns standing with his dog.

This is our third baby's first Christmas and this last baby looks the most like my husband. That is why baby's middle name (& nickname) is "baby bear."

This year for Christmas we decided to do a family photo shoot. So, I have been diligently working on these gorgeous baby long johns for the last couple of months in order to get them just right!

    They turned out adorable!!!

    Yarns

    Needles & Hooks

    • Crochet Hook 3.25mm (US 3)
    • Circular 5.00mm (US 8)
    • Double Point 5.00mm (US 8)

    Accessories

    • Stitch Holder
    • Stitch Markers
    • Tapestry Needle
    • Buttons
Other : I ordered buttons from loveknitting.com because I couldn't find enough that were the same in my stash. And after all that, I shorted myself by ONE button!! lol!

    Measurements

Notes: To get the right measurements I used a sleeper that fits baby bear. He is currently only 3 months old but the sleeper is sized for "12 months"

Thanks Summer! They did turn out gorgeous - and so did our family photos! I've received so many compliments IRL. Knitting is lots of fun - but so it's crochet! :)
