    I was approached on my Facebook page for some designs to attach tutu skirts to for a lady that makes dresses, she needed some different styles than normal so this is one I came up with, it was a top purchased from etsy which I adapted for a tutu skirt to be added. Hopefully she can successfully attach the skirt and her clients love it.
