    About

    The name Madeleina suggests a desire to create and be expressive and this cowl certainly allows its makers to be both.The scarf is stunning whether fashioned in plain or variegated colours and in many different double knitting blends.
    The pattern has a simple, lace design suitable for beginners. It is knitted here in Patons Smoothie Double Knitting, an economical acrylic yarn producing an almost silky result. Pulled threads can often be teased back easily, making the scarf a long lasting choice. The pattern is now available on LK.

      I love this scarf and wear it all the time - it's perfect for adding to any outfit as it isn't too busy. I made it in a lovely neutral colour so it goes with everything, and a bolder green like the images which I've had lots of compliments on
