Product Details
This lovely stole is a riff on Bakau - some swags, a little mesh, some fabulous, billowy borders. Serangoon is quite lacy, almost ornate & yet has a contemporary stylised look.
Knitted in opposite directions from a central provisional cast on, one half at a time.
NOTE: It is important to use the Winding Cast-On and not substitute with another provisional cast on.
Written & charted instructions
The beaded Bind Off is optional & features just a small sprinkling of beads. There's also an alternative crocheted bind off.
Difficulty level: Not for beginners unless quite brave… mostly because of the mesh section. It’s not wildly difficult but requires focus & is a bit difficult to repair if something goes wrong.
