These cosy little mitts are a quick knit, calling for between 110-200 yards of sport weight yarn, eg Quince and Co Chickadee, Cascade 220 Sport, Debbie Bliss Cashmerino, or any other yarn that gives 6 stitches to the inch using 3.25m needles (US3).
The mitts are knit bottom up in the round, with columns of twisted stitches outlining the thumb gusset. The front of the hand showcases travelling stitches over a reverse stockinette background, with a textured basket-weave pattern on the palm. The pattern is charted only, but includes cable chart in words.
