It has a pointy rim that can be rolled or folded up or left hanging down to warm the back of your neck – there are endless possibilities.
It can be adjusted to fit any head size during the knitting and works with any yarn you have in your stash – gauge does not matter! To make the unusual construction visible, a gradient yarn that is not too thin works best. The knitting is very relaxed garter stitch, just back and forth with a few decreases and increases, so it is suitable for a wide range of knitting skills, including ambitious beginners with a taste for the unusual.
