Its knitted top down in one piece with no seams or complicated patterning, that can be embellished with your choice of beads or ribbon.
Knitted on 4.5 mm needles in double knit yarn. (20x30) To fit 16 to 24”, with overall finished sizes from 18 to 25 1/2 inch.
Main picture is the 16" in Pure British Leicestershire and Measham undyed yarn, but other photos show it in Rowan Purelife Cotton and a chainstore easy wash mixed fibre.
