    About

    I used the majority of Red Hearts pattern for this project but modified it along the way. Once I noticed that the basket wasn't going to be as deep as I wanted, I added rows to it. Then before the last few rows I added some handles to it. Not too shabby.

    Needles & Hooks

    • Crochet Hook 9.00mm (US 13)

    Measurements

    Notes: Kept the bottom part the same size with the same number of rows. Once I started working up the sides, I added rows during the all SC rows to make it deeper. Before working Row 21, I added about 8 more rows before continuing with the pattern. Also, before working Row 32, I added 2 rows for the handles and then continued with the pattern to finish. Also, i obviously didn't change colors, I used the same 3 colors the whole way.
