    I have knitted two dozen of these little chicks. A dozen went to the local hospice and the rest were for small gifts - along with mini easter eggs for the small people in the family

    Needles & Hooks

    • Single Point 3.75mm (US 5)

    Accessories

    • Stuffing
    • Tapestry Needle
    Other : 2 small black beads for the eyes. These can be embroidered if they are for very young children

    Measurements

    Notes: I knitted this on 3.75mm needles instead of the 4mm needles from the pattern. This made the chicks slightly small but the knitting was tighter for stuffing.
