One of my friends asked me to make a cardigan for her friends new baby, this is the pattern I chose. It was made using less than 100g of DK, and only took a few hours to complete. It's an ideal last minute knit as it's knitted in one piece to the armholes, and no buttonhole is tequired as part of the front border pattern doubles as a buttonhole.

Hi
Thankyou for liking this cardigan. I appreciate it. This really is a quick knit, knitted in one piece to the armholes and no borders. It's out of a Patons pattern book I've had a few years 'Patons Knitting for Baby - 18 Handknits for Baby - premature to toddler sizes'. The code on the top right of the booklet is PBN 0000-00382. There's a toddler in cream collared jacket with teddy bear buttons and roll brim st st hat on the front cover. Hope this all helps. I'd send you a copy if I could.
