    About

This pattern is from Heidi Kirrmaier. I gave it my personal touch by having many different colours, rather than just 2. At the top, the soft green and blue are supposed to remind of the raindrops sitting on the leaves at the top of the tree, against the blue sky; then the tan and deeper green stand for the lower branches and the bushes, and finally, the deep blue and the brown symbolize the puddles of water on the earth.
The yarn, berroco fuji, is so nice to wear, this sweater has become one of my favourites.

Love your explanation of color choices. It made me smile. And it made your sweater more than just a sweater. It's a connection to important things.
