    About

We bought the wool when we were on holiday on the West Coast of Ireland - genuine Aran wool from the Aran Isles! I made it from two patters - we liked the pattern of 7254, but the neck of 7252, so I combined them. I thought I was going to run out of wool, so lined the pocket and the neck with leftovers from another sweater I'd knit for him, using wool from the same place. It was a challenge, but I'm really leased with the result!
