I was wondering how you could knit this in the car, it's lovely the wee owl stands out so well sitting on the branch.
So I should wait till you get somewhere warmer before I join you.lol😉😂
My husband and I used to do a lot of driving so I know where you are talking about, such a pretty area it's a shame about the weather but at least you know the higher you go and in the middle it will be warmer.then you will be saying it's too hot to knit.lol😊😊😊

Michelle we are now in Hay it has been raining and it is freezing cold. We are staying here a couple of nights so we can have a look around. I had trouble doing the owl's nose. Couldn't knit this in the car because it is too difficult to follow a graph in the car,so I have been knitting a poncho as well.

Jennifer, this is just so perfect. Itching to see Aahana in this. Such a great colour, will look good on her with her olive skin and dark curls.

Thank you Lyn, I was hoping to finish a few things to post to her, so it works out a bit cheaper.

@Jennifer M: you sound so like me, getting together a few things to post off as it can become terribly expensive with postage costs. I just keep telling myself I am keeping someone employed at the Post Office with all my parcels of knits!

@Lyn R: Lyn we are travelling with our caravan againand will be away for most of the year so I am going to be posting back alot of knits. I found last time it was alot cheaper to post afew things together in one of those plastic bags .

@Lyn R: Not at the moment Lyn, I have so much with me it would probably last a year! But if I see anything I really Like who knows. I think Rochelle is really waiting for new things for Aahana as they have just move into a new house and I think things are a bit tight at the moment. So i had better keep clicking. We are at Mildura at the moment going to Burra tomorrow.
