    About

My granddaughter goes to ballet lesson each week and when I saw this pattern I knew it was the one for the top of her stocking. Especially as lilac is her favourite colour!!

    Pattern

Bella the Ballerina by Amanda Berry

This pattern can be found here:
    fluffandfuzz.weebly.com

    Needles & Hooks

    • Single Point 3.75mm (US 5)

    Accessories

    • Stuffing
    • Tapestry Needle
Other : 2 small black beads for the eyes. I knitted the tutu in sparkly wool and added a nose and mouth to the original pattern. I made the hair dark brown to match my grandaughters and used a length of wool for the shoe ribbons

    Measurements

Notes: I knitted this as per the pattern. The ballerina is 25cm high.

Thanks for the comment, glad you liked both patterns. I don't find Amanda Berry patterns difficult they are very easy to follow and I don't think you should have much trouble. About the mittens. The pattern I have was in a knitting magazine about 2 years ago. I have looked and see Amanda has a free pattern for the mittens on her website fluffandfuzzweebly.com hope that helps and that you enjoy knitting them
