    This is Barry. He's our 2017 bat and I finished him today, just in time to whizz him in to the orchard to have his photograph taken in the trees. He's hanging off the door knob now - I think he likes his new home!

    Measurements

    Notes: It's true: I knit a bat, I embroidered said bat, I photographed the bat, by which time I had named that bat and was talking to him. I have now measured the bat. He's 5" tall.
