    I needed a hat and saw this pattern. I loved the look of the texture. It is written for newborn but I used thicker yarn and larger hook to make it for a 11 month old. I had to reduce rounds and if I did it again I would reduce different rounds. It is nice and cosy as well as stretchy. The yarn was from my stash and feels lovely, but I do think the pattern would look better in a single colour.
