    About

I am TRYING to use up left over yarn before I buy some more!!! So this pattern was perfect. I did forget that the sleeve rib is way too tight, should have started with more stitches/bigger needles, so I ended up not seaming the rib to give more room for little hands to fit through. This worked well last time. I also forgot what a pain it is to sew on the front ribbing separately, and to sew so many seams, think I much prefer patterns with lots less seaming! It didn't help that I pulled the sleeve to body seams undone and worked out a flatter seam to do here! However it is done, and I still have some of all the colours left over... oh no!

I agree with the other ladies, your knitting is beautiful and the colours you have chosen go perfectly together. Its a beautiful pattern.
I'm naughty too I am hopeless at using up wool I have, I tend to get new wool for each thing.lol
Well there are worse things I could do (as I keep telling my husband when he rolls his eyes lol๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ˜‰)

Denise, I am so pleased you got around to making this gorgeous pattern. Once I had mastered the first one, the second one was a breeze. I am with you on the โ€˜sewing onโ€™ of the front ribbing. Love your colour choice, you have done a fine job. Huge congrats.

Your so good, using up yarn before buying more!
Iโ€™m terrible, if I see yarn I have to buy, itโ€™s a compulsion- but a nice one to have ๐Ÿ’•
