Easter Surprises

I made this for my Easter egg.

    I made a few of these for Easter but all but these two got sent off with various fillings in the plastic eggs - sweets, toys etc. In the ones I kept for me there are two of Julie Williams teeny animals: a little rabbit and a weeny bear. I used my stash yarns for this project!

    Needles & Hooks

    • Double Point 2.50mm (US 1.5) 15cm
    • Single Point 2.75mm (US 2) 25cm

    Accessories

    • Tapestry Needle
    • Stuffing
    Other : I used embroidery floss for the features of the cosies and the teeny animals and the plastic eggs I got from the Range. The egg cups are mine - I couldn't find two that matched - an Easter mystery indeed.

    Measurements

    Notes: The cosies are about 14 cms high from bottom to tip of ears and the teeny animals about 8cms high. They are all made out of 4 ply yarns, various cottons and wools. The bodies of the cosies are made from self striping sock yarn.
