    About

    I wanted a garter stitch hooded jacket and couldn't find a pattern so I made it up as I went along. I guess I should have written it down as I went.
    It wasn't without hitches, I'd finished the back and sides then remembered that when you are knitting raglan sleeves in garter stitch you have to decrease every forth row not alternate ones, I had to pull them all back to the armholes and knit it again.
    I am going to knit a second one while its fresh in my mind and try to write as I go.

        Thank you, it's a work in progress, hopefully it will have a hood and pockets and bright red buttons
