    About

When I received the Chunky Pots yarn I wasn't quite sure what to do with the Fairytale colourway. I eventually decided on a soft toy rabbit. I made the head, body, arms, legs and ears separately, then sewed them together. I also manipulated the colours so that the stripes would come out in a particular order. When I first completed the head and body, I really wasn't sure that it was going to look right. It reminded me of a giant pepper shaker when I held the 2 parts together, so I put it away for a while because I had other projects to work on. When I picked it up again I just jumped straight in, working it and un-working it, until I was happy with it. I don't think the facial features were great but I had trouble matching colours and only had small pieces of the chunky pots yarn left. Overall, I feel it turned out great and I really love it. The pattern will be available soon.
