    About

    I made this shawl for Mum's 70th birthday in 2016. Mum taught me to knit and crochet when I was little. I thought a handmade gift would be special and personal for a significant birthday. I chose a crochet pattern as Mum is a knitter rather than a crocheter, and I wanted to make her something she wouldn't make herself.
