Knitting is for me the best meditation there is. I work as a care assistant in long shifts (12 hours) and always busy on the job. When I get home I know my knitting work is there to unwind me from the day and to make my head clear before I go to bed. I mostly knit baby sets, I call them for "little miracles". A miracle where I have wished for, but one that never happened. See knitting as therapeutic because a lot of miracles will wear the sets that I made, and that makes up for it.
