This is a handmade project for an order, I purchased the pattern for this from hobbycraft and thought it would be a good technique to try out because I hadn't made anything in which I had to piece together like I had to with these panels.
The beetle itself was easy to make but the piecing together and shaping was the hardest and most time burning factor.
The item looks a lot different to the picture on the pattern but it's the amount of stuffing I put in there (not enough) but it's still adorable and cute.
I changed the number for Herbie because of copyright and I swapped the colours of the stripes round!
This pattern was difficult to do but it was good to try out more techniques!
