    I asked Harry (Evie's older brother) if he would like a blanket,," yes, but no flowers!" was the reply. So we agreed on stripe, he chose all the colours and I was told what order the colours had to be done! Think the colours are great fun for an 8 year old. He hasn't seen it yet, he will have to wait for his birthday! On the look out for star wars PJs to add to present!
    I did the same stitch as Nikki's afghan, but single yarn with a 5mm hook, half treble crochet and a double crochet border.

      Harry loves his blanket, I was going to give it to him for his birthday but I forgot to put it away when I was looking after him and his sister in the school hols and he saw it!
