    I 've decided that 2018 is the year I learn to make socks . Found this cal on Furls, designer is Rohn Strong. All instructions are US so remember to change stitches accordingly. Jo & Lucy's birthdays are in March so they will be receiving SOCKS this year. Both are size 3 to 4 (UK) Still not keen on finished heels.. frogged 4 times !! Maybe better when worn.

    Measurements

    Notes: Making 2nd size....shoe size /foot circ. not given Also changed down to 3mm hook as I'm using a "lightweight" DK and I'll measure when finished and work future socks accordingly. So far the socks are turning out OK for 3 to 4 UK shoe size.
    (Problems encountered with heel turn so I mark the last stitch on every row, this seems to help me keep the count correct )
