28/5 - fini! Very disappointed with the final product with one side of the ribbing much poorer than the other (oddly, the good side I did first). I'll still wear it in the winter and its a warm one. Ribbing not my strong point!
If anyone wanted to knit it (it's a good pattern as the main body is one T shaped piece) I would check the back size carefully. I should've gone up one size and reduced the collar as it's a bit Harry Hill on me (I'm short and chunky). A taller person may be ok.
