It is going to be Phoebe's 5th birthday and she decided that she wanted a Minnie Mouse cushion. I had a cushion pattern that I wanted to use, but then had to find an image or pattern of Minnie to use on the front. In the end, I found an embroidery pattern and adapted it to fit the cushion by creating a grid on my laptop and painstakingly filling in the coloured squares to make a pattern I could print out and follow.

the pattern is an embroidery pattern that I altered to fit onto a cushion pattern that I had already made (the beach hut one that you can buy on the Love Knitting site). If it would help, message me your email address and I'll email you across the square pattern - I literally knitted the back of the beach hut pattern, and then knitted the amended embroidery pattern from the computer printout that I created, one stitch for every square, and then went back to the beach hut pattern to finish the back.
Hope that helps!

Hi Kate, thank you, that would be fantastic! My niece is a huge Minnie Mouse fan and I would love to make this for her for Christmas. My email is lynda_fharris@hotmail.com
Many thanks again, it's very kind of you.
