I made this for Two friends as birthday presents

    About

    My friends had asked me to knit them a bike. They said if you can knit a campervan, you can make me a bike. I had always said no, but I decided as they had special birthdays coming up this year, I would make them as a surprise. Tried to find a motorbike pattern on the internet to no avail. So decided to make my own. Working from photographs, and pen and paper , I made the pieces to form the various elements of the motorbike trying to include as much detail as possible. It took longer than expected with a 4 week gap inbetwen Xmas and January 2018 due to to family matters. I'm pleased to report they are really pleased with their gifts.
