    About

My daughter saw a pocket slipper pattern on Facebook and asked me to make them for her. Went looking for the pattern and came across this pattern and thought it looked nicer than the one she had seen.

    Yarns

    • material-yarn
Stylecraft natures way chunky - Natural undyed virgin wool 2.0 balls

    Needles & Hooks

    • Circular 6.00mm (US 10) 100cm

    Measurements

Notes: I chose the middle size and with hindsight should have gone for the bigger size as it shrunk a bit more, and quicker than I expected. Took a lot of stretching to get them up to the correct size, but was the first time I have made anything like this. The wool I chose knitted up beautifully and stayed soft even after shrinking. This wool is totally natural and the colour range is limited, but the finished item was a lovely silvery grey.
I have bough some more of this wool in the other shades available to make some for myself.
