About

Received a couple of paintbox advert calendars for xmas and decided to use the small amounts of wool to knit my first pair of socks.

Decided to use 2 different coloured threads together until they ran out as they were only DK and wanted thicker socks to wear around the house and thought it would make them a bit different which it does.

  @Michelle: One of the best things to knit is definitely a nice pair of cosy socks, I hope they come out great! I like to challenge myself with my knitting too, I've just cast on the Doodler by Stephen West for the third time last night, it's not easy (especially when you misread instructions!)
