I loved the wool and thought the dress looked interesting to knit
In the end I made three for Maisie, changing the top to a button fastening. And then I made one for Hilary's friend Starr, and have had requests for more. I'm going to try it in cotton for the summer

Thank you Alison. I adored knitting that dress, especially in that gorgeous wool which is now discontinued. I adapted it for several other projects too, but she’s too old for those dresses now, sadly 😥
