        Stargazer shawl
        100g chunky yarn & 8mm needles
        100g Aran yarn & 6mm needles
        100g DK yarn & 5mm needles
        100g 4ply yarn & 4mm needles
        Abbreviations
        K - knit
        P - purl
        yon - yarn over needle
        K2tog - knit 2 stitches together
        st(s) - stitches(es)
        Tension - not specific
        Pattern
        Cast on 2 stitches.
        R1. Knit 1, yon, knit to end
        R2.p1, Ito last stitch, yon, k1
        R3.k1, yon, knit to end
        R4.p1, k to last stitch, yon,k1
        R5.k1,yon, knit to end
        R6.p1,k to last stitch, yon, k1
        R7.k1,yon,k to last st, yon, k1
        R8.cast off 5sts (knit wise with first stitch purl ! ), yon, k2tog, yon, to last stitch, k1
        Repeat from R1 until the required number of points have been worked ( recommend 30 plus ). Finish with R7.
        Last row - Picot cast off * cast on 2 sets, cast off 7sts, repeat from * to end
