    About

    This maddy laine cardigan pattern has been labeled an "Intermediate" project just because there is some stitch work that you must keep an eye on when shaping, but otherwise it is fairly straightforward knitting.

    The slip stitch pattern with a crossed-stitch effect is simply achieved without a cable needle in sight.

    Garter stitch borders tidy all the edges. The front-opening bands are knit along with the garment and feature a simple one-row buttonhole. The project shown has clear buttons which allows the knitted texture to take centre stage.


    A side vent opening and V-neck shaping allow for a comfortable fit that would be a great outfit-maker in any wardrobe.
