This hat was made using a very cool book called Colorwork Creations by Susan Anderson-Freed. She has many patterns for hats, knitted in the round. The neat thing is that because the hats are all divided into sections (lower band, main design, crown), you can mix and match the designs you like best. This hat actually puts together elements from 3 different hats, but this is possible because the stitch counts all match up nicely. Loved doing this project! I would suggest working with only 2 different colors at a time on any given section.
