      Brilliant idea!! I will have to knit a few of these owls ready for Easter for my family the kids will love them.

        They only take a little wool and very quick to knit up. I used a hessian type of yarn and this made the owl quite rough, but I added lentils at the bottom so it can also be used as a small door stop.
