    About

i get lists from my gran daughter of items that she really must have, this is the latest item she asked for. She is only 4 i think i might be getting ideas from her for a long time yet? Quite a good idea when knitting big ears, to twist wool on wrong side when changing colour to avoid a hole, don't pull wool to tight as will sit on top of jumper, rather than being part of jumper. Use two balls of wool in main colour, so you are not taking the main colour from one side of the jumper to the other.

    Pattern

    hayfield 00824

    This pattern is from:
    Hayfield 00824

    Needles & Hooks

    • Single Point 3.25mm (US 3)
    • Single Point 4.00mm (US 6)

    Accessories

Other : several small amounts of different colour yarn to make up big ears

    Measurements

Notes: 28" all straight forward, i needed to make a slight adjustment, the back was knitted the same as front, leaving out big ears, plus told to leave out the neck shapings, which meant would be 14 rows less on the back, so i added in 14 straight rows, all seems to be fine
