    About

This is the first project I have tried to make that is something more complicated than a simple rectangular garter stitch scarf (haha!).
I was looking online for some patterns one day, and came across this wonderful design! Halloween was coming up soon and I was feeling rather inspired. The design on this particular scarf was just so adorable, and I had never worked in the round before, so I decided to give it a go. I picked up the colors I needed and then got to work!
I didn't get it done quite in time for Halloween, due to various conflicts and things in life that come up. But eventually I was able to tie the last bit of fringe to the end, and am proud to have finished!

    Pattern

    Halloween Fair Isle Scarf

This pattern can be found here:

    Needles & Hooks

    • Circular 5.00mm (US 8) 40cm
    • Crochet Hook 5.00mm (US 8)

    Accessories

    • Stitch Markers
Other : I used a stitch marker to help when knitting in the round (something I just made with an extra bracelet charm I had lying around--but you can simply lose a small loop of yarn), and a yarn needle to help weave in the ends as I changed colors.

    Measurements

Notes: I did not make any adjustments from the original. As the pattern says though, you can make your own adjustments as you see fit to shorten the scarf, as it is fairly long when finished.
