I love this!!!! I want to make it. Can you tell me the level of difficulty? I am an intermediate knitter. I have difficulty making things that fit.

I would consider myself an intermediate knitter, I used stycraft wool, and as the pattern stated it is a very generous size. Miles too big for Hallie when finished. I think I did 2-3 year old as Hal was 2 at the time, I will try it on her again this winter when she will be 3. She will grow into it though.
I didn't do a tension square to start with, but it was easy to do. Wool is used double throughout so the coat is very thick, but I love it,and cannot wait to see Hallie in it when she grows.
Good luck let me know how you go on.

@Jean B: yes I am. Have you heard of the Black Sheep wools? That is in walking distance from me.i actually live in Culcheth Warrington, it is the best store really big, has a coffee shop. I very often go in just for a wander round and have to four events myself not to buy. They have a very good online service.
If you ever come to Warrington again message me and maybe we could arrange to meet up and I will take you. They have won lots of awards for crafts over the years and go to various craft fairs all over the country. I know people travel this place.
        Keep knitting/ crochet. X
