This pattern is easy, and is written in american terms.
Materials Worsted weight yarn in bird colour, beak colour, and contrast colour 4mm hook 5mm hook Yarn needle Fibrefill or yarn scraps to stuff 6mm safety eyes, small beads, or embroidery floss for eyes. (as well as any needles and thread that may be needed for your choice)
Abbreviations Ch = Chain Hdc = Half double crochet Hk = Hook Inv sc dec = Invisible single crochet decrease Sc = Single crochet Sl st = Slip stitch St = Stitch
Finished Measurements Beak: ¾ inch Wings: 1.5 inches long Head: Approx. 2 inches tall Blanket diameter: 17 inches
