**Boular Hat** is a cabled beanie with a pompom on top. It is a fun and colourful accessory, that I designed to keep my ears warm in the first days of spring.
Using super bulky yarn, Boular Hat can be knitted in one day or a weekend. A nice extra project to make as a gift for a friend or for yourself!
This is a **written pattern**, without charts. Boular Hat is knitted in the round. Skills required to make this a stress-free knit are k, p, increase, decrease and cabling.
**Suggested yarn**: Super Bulky, 100g = 74m/80yd. You will need 40g of colour A and 85g of colour B for one hat, including the pompom.
**Gauge** knitted in k2, p2 rib: 9 sts x 12 rows for 10cm/4in square
**Needles**: Circular needles 7,0 mm long enough for magic loop, or 7,0 mm needles in your preferred style for knitting in the round.
You will also need a cable needle and a stitch marker.
One size fits all. Boular Hat measures 52cm/20in and easily stretches up till 65cm/25in.
