This pattern is as a Ravelry download either individually for £3.50 or as part of the Cloudy Apples eBook (9 accessory patterns) for £9.00. The eBook also contains a pattern for a pair of matching [Brownsey Mitts][1].
Worked in circular knitting, this hat is made using both knitting and crochet to give a unique texture. Make sure to cast off loosely before you crochet to maintain fabric flexibility.
