Carapace has a patterning reminiscent of sea shells.The hat is seamless for the wearer's comfort.
Instructions are given for a single colour but if preferred the shells could easily be knitted in a contrast yarn, the pattern tells you how.
Notions: 4 mm (US 6) needles (circular or DPNs), 3 mm (US 2.5) needles (circular or DPNs), Stitch marker, Darning needle for weaving in loose ends
